SUMMARY

At 5’ 8”, Liam Williams is one of the most promising standups to have emerged from Cambridge in years. He graduated in 2009 but returned to the ‘City of Skies’ in January 2010 with his Standup Show, featuring Phil Wang and Dannish Babar at the ADC. It was a complete sell-out and charmed reviewers (“A night of true comic talent” **** Varsity “Next time Liam Williams performs in Cambridge, make sure you have booked a seat.” **** The Tab)

Liam’s sketch group Sheeps had a great 2011, but as an individual he hasn’t progressed much in the past 12 months. That’s why he’s coming back to the ADC to do more or less the same thing as last year but with mostly new material. It won’t all be funny and sometimes that’s on purpose.

“Skewed, inventive humour” Metro “Elegant linguistic turmoil” Latest 7

With Sheeps: “Very exciting indeed” **** Independent “Terrific” **** Daily Telegraph

STOP PRESS: Liam will be joined by Henry Staples ("Quite the storyteller" Cambridge Tab)

Admission: £7(£6)
