SUMMARY

It's 1956 and the Susan B. Anthony for the Sisters of Gertrude Stein is holding its annual quiche breakfast. United by their love of the egg-based flan, the five 'widows' gather under one condition, they never mention 'meat' or 'men'.

An innovative piece of theatre 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche is a madcap adventure into an absurdist 1950s, where the threat of communism is at its height and everyone minds their manners. Watch as five women take on the challenges of choosing the perfect quiche fillings, discovering their sexuality and adapting to the shock of finding they are the only ones left alive after the fall of an atomic bomb.
